We want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the candle back to us in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number.

Once we receive the returned candle and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or used. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
