Who Made Me? - A Call to Care for Our Children

I’ve always been transparent with you, so I’m speaking now as someone who truly sees how much our children are quietly carrying. I wrote Who Made Me? from the heart and am thankful to partner with Her Chosen Path to share this message with children everywhere. I’ve been led to speak because the need is urgent, and the time is now.
Today’s world is full of noise, confusion, and systems that make our little ones question everything about themselves; how they look, who they are, and why they’re here. Many don’t have steady parents to lean on. Others are weighed down by identity struggles, self-hate, and programming passed down or forced on them. And the truth is, a lot of adults are still hurting too, because they’ve never been healed.
That’s why we created Who Made Me?
It’s more than a story; it’s a seed. Written in a gentle rhythm to help little ones understand, remember, and carry it in their hearts. It speaks to the quiet questions they may not know how to ask; questions that rise when love feels uncertain or the natural order has been shaken.
The Messiah said,
“Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.” Mark 9:37
To welcome a child is to welcome the Messiah and YHWH. Neglecting them is rejecting the will of their Creator.
Caring for children is sacred. It reveals the true condition of our relationship with YHWH and how closely we walk in His ways.
We can’t ignore it anymore. The signs are everywhere; things won’t fix themselves. But they can get better if we come together and do what we’ve been commanded: care for our children and lead them in truth.
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
But let’s not forget, it works both ways.
If they’re trained in confusion, lies, and shame, that becomes their path too.
And the adversary knows this. That’s why he comes for them early.
“And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born.” Revelation 12:4
Just like the dragon waited to devour the child, the enemy waits to confuse, corrupt, or silence them. He targets our children early; while they’re still vulnerable, still forming, still searching for identity and love.
But speaking truth into their hearts from the beginning protects these little lights; their identity, purpose, and calling.
As it’s written in Isaiah 54:13, ‘All your children shall be taught by YHWH, and great shall be the peace of your children.’
When children know whose they are, they walk in peace and confidence no matter what the world throws at them.
“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3
This verse reminds us how vital children are. To enter the kingdom, we must carry the same trust and humility they do. They aren’t just our future; they are the very heart of what it means to be whole and welcomed into YHWH’s kingdom. Protecting and nurturing their truth is our sacred responsibility.
So here’s the question I ask you to truly sit with:
If we don’t plant truth in their hearts now… what will take root instead?
This book is part of our Little Lite Series; a collection created to help children (and even adults) rebuild from the inside out. Who Made Me? is just the beginning. There’s more to come, but I need your help to do it.
We released this book digitally first so there’d be no wait, because children are so important, and they need truth now. Some need answers today about who they are and why they matter.
It’s available now at herchosenpath.com
Although we would love to give it away freely, we had to ask for a small fee so we can create printed copies available for purchase.
So please don’t just read this and move on.
Help a child. Share it. Purchase it. Sow into something eternal.
Each of us knows at least one child who would benefit.
It could be your child. A grandchild. A neighbor. A child lost in foster care. A grown adult still battling wounds from childhood.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14
This is our responsibility.
We can’t sit back and say, “someone else will.”
Please share this message with as many people as you can.
If it’s on your heart to support; by buying a copy, gifting it, or spreading the word, know you’re helping to restore what’s been broken.
Let’s do our part to place truth, identity, and love back into the hearts of our little ones.
Let’s rewrite their story before the world writes it for them.
With love and conviction
